Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains what information 3D Electric LLC collects through this website and what we do with it. It covers our estimate and contact forms, cookies, and the basic site statistics that come with our website platform. You can come back to this Privacy Policy at any time from the link at the bottom of every page.
Effective date: October 18, 2026.
Who We Are
This website is run by 3D Electric LLC ("3D Electric", "we", "us"), a family-owned electrical contractor based in Belleville, MI 48111. You can reach us by phone at (734) 697-8477 or by email at 3delectric@comcast.net. Our office hours are Monday to Friday, 7 am to 5 pm.
Information We Collect
Information you give us
When you fill out our estimate or contact form, we receive what you type in: your name, phone number, email address, the service you are interested in, and your message. You choose what goes in the message, so please leave out anything you would rather not share, such as payment card details.
Information collected automatically
Like most websites, our site platform records basic technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you view, and the website that sent you here. This keeps the site secure and shows us, in general terms, how visitors use it.
Calls and emails
If you call or email us instead of using a form, we receive your phone number or email address and whatever you tell us. We treat it the same way as a form request.
How We Use Your Information
We use the information you send us only to help with your request:
To answer your question or call you back.
To prepare and send you an estimate.
To schedule work you ask us to do and keep a record of that work.
To keep the website working and secure.
We do not add your details to a marketing list, and our forms do not sign you up for text messages.
Cookies and Site Statistics
Our website is hosted on Wix. Wix places cookies, which are small files stored in your browser, that the site needs to work, for example to keep it secure and load pages correctly. Wix also gives us standard site statistics, such as how many people visited and which pages they viewed. These numbers help us see which pages are useful.
Some pages show an embedded map. When the map loads, your browser connects to Google Maps, which receives your IP address and browser details under Google's own privacy policy.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The site will still load, but some parts may not work as expected. Wix lists the cookies it uses in the Wix Help Center.
Who We Share It With
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not give it to other companies for their marketing. Wix stores form submissions and site data for us as our website provider, under its own privacy policy. We may also share information if the law requires it.
How Long We Keep It
We keep form requests and job records for as long as we need them to serve you and to keep normal business records. You can ask us to delete your information at any time, as described below.
Your Choices
You can ask what information we have about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. To do that:
Call (734) 697-8477, Monday to Friday, 7 am to 5 pm.
Send a message with the form on our free generator quote and contact page.
We may need to confirm who you are before we change or delete anything. If we must keep a record of work we did for you, we will tell you what we are keeping and why.
Children
This website is for adults arranging electrical work at their home or business. It is not aimed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes to This Policy
If our practices change, we will update this page and the effective date at the top. Please also read our Website Terms, which cover how you may use this website.
